What this portal does

The broker portal is for partner firms who onboard and monitor importer clients, not for importers filing their own claims.

This portal is for customs brokers and partner firms managing importer clients. It separates broker operations from importer self-serve onboarding so firms can work at portfolio scale.

Submit brokerage and program details so DutyClaims can review the firm before activation.
Invite importers one by one or in bulk and preserve referral attribution throughout setup.
Track client activation, onboarding progress, and partner economics without mixing broker work into the importer workspace.
How onboarding works

Broker onboarding is application-based. Firms do not skip directly into the portfolio workspace:

01

Create the account

Set up the broker login for the person submitting the partner application.

02

Complete the broker application

Provide firm contacts, operating context, client onboarding approach, and the information DutyClaims needs for review.

03

Wait for firm approval

DutyClaims reviews the application before turning on the broker dashboard and importer portfolio tools.

04

Activate and manage clients

Approved firms invite importers, monitor activation, and manage portfolio submissions and reporting.

Portal scope and handoff

Portal responsibilities and next steps.

Inside the broker portal, the tooling stays focused on partner-firm work: application review, importer activation, and portfolio operations.

Partner application workflow

Keep firm onboarding, review state, and approval follow-up in a broker-specific flow instead of sending partners through importer setup.

Client activation tools

Invite importers, preserve referral context, and monitor which accounts have accepted setup and moved into active work.

Portfolio oversight

Return to portfolio-scale client status, referral reporting, and partner-grade claim visibility once the firm is approved.

Role-aware routing

Broker accounts stay in registration until the firm is approved for partner access.

Clerk authenticates the user, then DutyClaims routes incomplete broker accounts into the registration flow. Approved firms return to the broker dashboard and importer portfolio operations.
